You could say it started with a simple vision, great food at an exceptional value in a place our guests could call home. With our goal in mind, we set out to create the ultimate cafe with made from scratch bagels and cream cheese spreads to the tastiest breakfast and lunch fare in town. Our savory selection of menu items were created with our customers in mind. We strived to design a selection of fresh food that our guests would enjoy everyday but at a reasonable price. Through extensive tastings and trial and error, we created the perfect menu and a warm, relaxing place our guests would come to.

In 1994, our vision became reality with the opening of our first Bagels & Brew. Our customer motto was our guidance.

Customers are EVERYHING. Without them, NOTHING ELSE MATTERS.

Although we started with concept of a breakfast and sandwich cafe it turned into much more. In 1997, with the opening of our second location, we explored our passion for great food with impeccable service and began our quest to provide exceptional catering services to our local businesses and our neighborhood friends. Today we look back at our simple vision and are amazed at the accomplishments we have made. Most of our guests and catering clientele visit us and order from us each and every day. That is the greatest compliment we could ever ask for, a loyal customer! To this day our moto is the same as the day we began and our customers remain our first priority .
